Hi, my name is Radha Patel and I am the founder of Single to Shaadi. I'm a matchmaker working with south asian professionals, living in North America, who are looking for serious relationships within the community. When I started out, I didn't necessarily know I was entering the matchmaking world, rather I just heard from many single family and friends who had asked me to set them up with someone desi because they were serious about settling down. After a few requests, I thought "let me write this all down" and created a google doc. From that google doc, I've evolved into a full blown service with almost 300 active clients. I officially launched "single to shaadi" in October of 2018, so just shy of 2 years now. We accept clients from any south asian background, over the age of 25 with a minimum bachelor's degree, and must physically be living in the US or Canada.
