On this occasion I talk with Dr. Rafael Arraíz Lucca, who is a Writer, Full Professor at the Metropolitan University of Caracas, Lawyer, Magister and Doctor of History. What interesting concepts and what a special way to answer my questions in this interview that I recommend. The best thing is that I have left as learning something that I already knew and professed: "You have to continue studying and get to the end."
