Trigger Warning Before the new year I spent the day with Sophie Burch, aka The Mamma Coach. We initially met last winter at the Make Birth Better Conference and had stayed in touch. Sophie's work primarily focuses on preparing parents for the mental shift that occurs during what I refer to as the parenthood transition.
