Each class member should complete the following and submit to the dropbox labelled Electronic Portfolio. If you have difficulty, you may submit to Erdman@uwosh.edu as attachments. You should submit your Electronic Portfolio with the following completed: page one as much as possible, the entrance assessment all standards (ex. skillful practitioner), an assignment and brief reflection about it from this course which you cut and paste into your electronic portfolio form. Most importantly, you must save this form and add to it as you proceed through the program. Email if questions. Thank you and best wishes. Prof. Erdman
