This bombshell personal trainer wants her kids to be healthy too and explains how she painstakingly packs her daughter healthy lunch foods, which come home exactly how they left, in their containers. Plus, Carrie confesses that she's become an annoying, nagging nightmare who will do anything to come between her son and french fries, even in the hosptial.
