Let’s talk about The Fair Credit Report Act and the current modifications caused by the Corona Outbreak. The FCRA now states that any late payments incurred from  Jan 15th July 15th, can not be reported onto the credit bureau.  However, the banks are not forgiving the debt, they are issuing deferments.
