On today's episode of Athleisure Kitchen, we sit down with Art of Tea's Founder and CEO, Steve Schwartz. Around the office, we have always enjoyed tea as it's a beverage that can be enjoyed hot, iced, alone, with an array of sweeteners and even mixed with the spirit of our choice. We wanted to delve more into tea culture to find out the origin of tea, how it should be consumed, stored and what the benefits are when drinking it.
