In this episode, four out of the five 2013 Texas Taekwondo roommates known as the "Sheddies" are reunited and share their Texas Taekwondo stories with Coach Mike. From Taiwan, Martin Huang started training in taekwondo in elementary school and continued with United Martial Arts in Sugarland, Texas. Martin was with Texas Taekwondo from 2010-2014, part of the competition team during 2011-2012, and was an assistant coach from 2016-2018. He now lives in Austin, Texas. From Clear Lake, Texas, Raymund Lee started training in taekwondo with the United States Martial Arts Center in Olympia, Washington. Ray was on the competition team for Texas Taekwondo from 2009-2012 and was team captain his last year. He now lives in Austin, Texas. From Randolph, New Jersey, Sarin Kodappully started training in taekwondo with Shin's Taekwondo and then Hosan's Taekwondo in New Jersey. Sarin was with Texas Taekwondo from 2009-2013 and was part of the competition team during his freshman year. He now lives in Midland, Michigan with his wife. From Houston, Texas, Anthony 'Fro' Ly started training in taekwondo with Young Brother's Taekwondo in Houston, Texas. Anthony was on the competition team for Texas Taekwondo from 2009-2012 and was the club treasurer from 2011-2012.
