On this week’s episode Kirstin exclaims her excitement for finally a run in the sun after a lot of cold, dark, wet winter runs. She tells us how her training is shifting a bit as we get even closer to the Coeur D'Alene Ironman on June 27th. Kirstin also added a new layer to the weekly updates: how her nutrition changes based on her cycle. At first, learning how nutrition can and needs to shift with your training throughout your cycle can be a bit confusing. Sometimes, hearing how somebody else incorporates it into their routine can remove the confusion and hopefully help you see how easy it can be. Also, Kirstin hopes to inspire you to at least start tracking your cycle, or have your athletes start tracking their cycles, if you don't already.
