Tracy shares the story of her breakup from a partner of 5 years and how they had a "radical breakup" in an effort to remain in each other's lives. Tracy went from living with her partner, organizing together and eventually having a "breakup retreat" as part of their concious uncoupling to honor the end of their relationship and transition into a friendship.
