This election cycle exposed what most African Americans have been painfully aware of.  Just days after the US Presidential Election, the Amerikan Therapy team starts the discussion on the ongoing racial trauma experienced by African Americans during this historic and highly contentious race.   While we don't quite know who will be the next President, what we do know is that White Supremacy was the major issue on the ballot (across both major political parties).  Amerikan Therapy sits down with Dr. Jessica Jackson a true expert on the impacts of racial trauma.  Dr. Jackson shares how we can begin to cope, digest, and gain a greater understanding of the racial divide in this country.  Get your notepad and pen out because you will definitely want to take notes.
