Episode Notes: Kathryn Cambrea interviews John Thompson, a STAC student majoring in Communication Arts, with an affinity for sports broadcasting and helping others. John is a transfer student from Rockland Community College and works for the NY Boulders in a plethora of roles, including as the Team Historian and Disability Liaison. He works in clubhouse security as well. Not only that, but John has had plenty of internship experiences and even is a motivational speaker. In this interview, John describes the work that he does for the NY Boulders, his mentors, the program he helped create as the Disability Liaison, tips for those who want to be an agent for positive change in their community, and so much more.
