Sheila Kelley is an actor and the founder of S Factor which is a  feminine movement revolution that pioneered pole dancing as both exercise and a means to heal from trauma and wounds, and rediscover freedom and  authenticity. She has been featured on TedX, Ellen, Oprah, has worked with Tony Robbins, has presented all over the world and is sought-after authority on feminine empowerment, movement and discovery.  A Netflix documentary was produced of her work called Strip down: Rise Up which follows the S-Factor process and the lives of the women participating as they search for authenticity and healing in their own lives. Sheila is quite vulnerable with her own struggles with eating disorders, self-harm, and depression along with more sensual language around her journey and the journey of other women she has coached. If that makes you uncomfortable, you are welcome to wait until next week's episode, but I would encourage you to hear what she has to say as her story is spoken from a place of deep personal experience with the shame and guilt around women's bodies in Western culture along with the tremendous freedom that this movement practice has brought to her and thousands more.
