On April 30, 2020, Mayor Kim Driscoll of Salem held a panel discussion with Dr. Dave Roberts, CEO of North Shore Medical Center, Jon Hurst of the Mass Retailers Association, Bob Luz of the Mass Restaurant Association, Kate Fox from Destination Salem, Tom Daniel, Salem's Director of Planning and Community Development, and Rinus Oosthoek, Director of the Salem Chamber of Commerce. The group discussed business recovery efforts and strategies for Salem and other communities, and answered questions from members of the local business community.
