It's been a while since we recorded a podcast! Covid-19 has made me busier than ever with having to train fighters during the lockdown, but I managed to get one in as UFC 249 approaches. Kamuela and I talk about how impactful Covid-19 has been to the gym and fitness industry as a whole, and how weird it is training fighters for UFC fights during the time of social distancing.
