Australia's vaccine strategy has been upended, after Europe's drug regulator found a rare blood clot risk linked to the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine. Having overwhelmingly relied on that jab, the government is now recommending that people under 50 get the Pfizer one instead. But how serious are the risks of clotting?
