Andrew Foster, manager of the Seafarer Overseas Growth and Income Fund, says the best bargains in emerging markets are in the countries that are still mired in coronavirus troubles, and he expects normalization to happen until at least 2022, with ‘tough sledding’ keeping markets there depressed in the interim, creating potential investment bargains.
