In our inaugural episode, we travel to Tennessee to speak with iconic chef, Sean Brock. We discuss his decision to move to Tennessee from Charleston, his new restaurant plans, his sobriety and motivation in the kitchen. This conversation ignites a journey through the state of Tennessee that expands upon a 6 part series.
