On this episode, I sit down with my friend, Michelle Hammond, owner of A Beautiful Mess, an uniquely curated antique shop in the Heart of Lubbock, TX! Located on “antique alley” (AKA Ave Q), this “cute little shop” really stands out amongst the crowd. After her kids left the nest, Michelle reinvented herself again by turning her passion for collecting and homemaking into a successful small business in just a year! She’s worn many hats over the years, and this new business adventure has her pulling from her past entrepreneurial experiences to bring something very special to the LBK. Her shop is so much more than an antique mall and her story has LOADS of twists and turns, you never know what you might find… It’s an inspirational testament to her endless faith in God and her willingness to go where He calls her to be.
