Sue Parks was a successful leader in corporate America when she was asked to serve on a variety of non-profit boards. The Rockford, Illinois native comes from a family and culture of high integrity, values, and close relationships. To this day, she still stays in regular contact with her closest friends from childhood, even though most are separated by thousands of miles. She is a great connector, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in building and maintaining close relationships. In her work as President and CEO of the United Way of Orange County, Sue is a leader and influencer for good, and truly has a heart for service. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she is leading the charge to keep people safe, housed, educated, and healthy.
