I'm your host Monica Jones and I’m so excited to be kicking off Season 4 of the She is You Podcast, which honestly should be call season 3.5 since 2020 would not let season 3 be great. But here we are ready to end the year with an amazing season filled with realness and goodness. This season we are going deep. We will be discussing masternce(a new word for me but something we all go through as new mothers), the importance of having a doula during your pregnancy and birth experience, addressing generational trauma and so much more. I’m so excited for you all to hear these amazing interviews with some powerhouse mamas and of course I will jump in here and there to share what’s been going on in my own motherhood journey. So like I said we have a lot to unpack but we are all in this together and I can’t wait.
