The Two Chickpeas are joined by the Big Sister Journal to discuss shadeism. Shadeism is discrimination based on skin colour usually from members of the same race in which people are treated differently based on the social implications and cultural meanings attached to skin colour. (Basically the whole light skin vs dark skin debate across all races!)
