Religion & Spirituality

I am still so touched by this beautiful conversation I had with Lars Wendt just a couple of days ago. I am so grateful and happy to share our conversation with you today. Lars is a very inspiring human and his vulnerability is most beautiful. He is speaking up for men when it comes to openly allowing vulnerability and being sensitive. Through a lot of adversity Lars has found himself in touch with yoga, spirituality and the sound of the Gong. So much so that he got trained to play the Gong himself.  Lars shares with us his journey to become a Gong practitioner, his work as a successful self-taught spiritual film maker, his connection to spirituality and his healing path. He talks about being allowed to cry and allowing ourselves to heal.  The turns his life has taken so far have brought him closer to himself and he couldn't have shown up as a more wonderful being for this conversation. I hope you feel as inspired and deeply touched as I do, listening to the episode. There are so many takeaways and beautiful revelations. So much vulnerability that allows you to open up to your very own healing journey. In the conversation with Lars Wendt we talk about: ? how adversity can bring you closer to yourself ? opening up the conversation of the power of vulnerability around men ? allowing for healing to happen ? normalizing therapy and looking for support ? the importance of taking life into your own hands Enjoy the deep dive. Namaste. xx Carina ? P.S.: I would love to hear your thoughts on our conversation. Links: Guest: Lars Wendt My Website: www.carinajung.com Instagram: @bycarinajung Email: hello@carinajung.com
