In this week's podcast Carrie Harrison, M.Ed., BSc. Psych., interviews Carol McLeod, a 70 year-old retired teacher from Scotland. Carol helped to edit and review Vegan Online Academy, as such she undertook our transition to veganism course, Vegan 101, not with an eye to transitioning, but with her virtual red pen in hand to make sure that the whole class worked from an educational perspective. Carol ate a traditional western diet while undertake this work and had no intention of becoming vegan.
