A little bit about Josh... Started bussing tables when I was 15 and have since then been working in Restaurants. Never have I had a job outside of the Restaurant business. I started my career in hotels and later found my passion to be in full-service casual dining operations. I’ve also run nightclubs, resorts and then recently got out of the daily grind of running a restaurant, and started consulting, which is how I found Sip Coffee and Beer. One of the investors was a friend of mine and he asked me to come take a look. I loved the concept and really like the dynamics and the idea of blending coffee and local craft beer. I was able to get some very positive results within a short amount of time. The other partners we so pleased, they asked me to come on board as Director of operations and an equity partner.
