Today’s episode is called ‘Social Work Meets Interior Decorating’. In this episode, we meet Arlisha from Dallas, Texas USA. Arlisha is a Behavioral Management Consultant and an Interior Decorator. She has taken her professional background and expertise in social work and integrated it with her passion for interior decorating. Her work includes educating individuals and families on the psychology of colours and how to create calming spaces. In this episode of SWM, we hear about her journey, her hopes and aspirations for her business currently and in the future. Arlisha also shares some of the challenges she faced in her social work training and how she merged her profession and her passion. She has had encouraging feedback from mentors and her peers.
