Action! “Sometimes Always Never” is a movie that really moved me; it’s an incredible piece of work, and it was fantastic to get to speak to it’s writer Frank Cottrell-Boyce, and its director Carl Hunter, about the lengthy gestation period the movie went through, and to get a sense of what goes into pulling off a movie like this. If you haven’t yet had the pleasure, the movie stars Bill Nighy, Alice Lowe, and Sam Riley, and deals with themes of kinship, loss, and er, word games. It’s profoundly affecting and has a striking visual identity. Hope you enjoy it! Let me know what you think! Twitter: @signalspodcastInstagram: @sendingsignalspodcast
