Your "Inner Abbey" is the place in your heart where you can meet Jesus to develop an intimate relationship with Him and with the Holy Trinity. Each room of your "Inner Abbey" represents one area of spirituality that makes up a lay "rule of life." Each month we'll visit one room of your "Inner Abbey" and take on a spiritual building project in that room by focusing on one simple task that you can complete to make real progress in this area of the spiritual life.
