Stars of GalaxSheResearch shows that 70% of women downsize their aspirations! It points to three critical aspects that lead to more negative experiences and perceptions that contribute to this downsizing of aspirations: a clash with the stereotype of the ideal worker, a lack of supervisory support and too few role models in senior-level positions.
We want to address this issue of downsizing of aspirations by showcasing role models in senior-level positions and sharing their journey of navigating stereotypes and securing support for their growth.
