Lake Baikal is the oldest and deepest lake on planet Earth. Located in the Russia near the border of Mongolia it holds 1/5th of the entire planets freshwater and is home to 1500 species of animals... most of which are only located there. But the lake seems to be home to something else not of this Earth! On a routine research dive in 1982 a Russian Navy Squad were attacked by something they called the Lake Baikal Swimmers. These strange creatures dwelling deep below the surface are either some submerged creatures that have developed within the lake or ventured here from another planet! The lake itself has been a hotbed for Alien, UFO AND USO (Unidentified Submerged Objects) over the years leading to huge numbers of sightings in the area from many of the locals living around the lake.
