The juggling act of life – career, parenthood, self-care, oh my!  Our caller Kate shares with us her fear of not feeling successful as a new full-time entrepreneur and a single mom.  Then there is self-care, where does that fit in?  Can you relate?  When your plate is full, it can be overwhelming, but it is possible to achieve fulfillment in each of these areas with high-performance habits.  In this episode, you’ll learn about tips for being your best in the most important areas of your life: First remember – you ARE enough.  You can have a successful career and personal life. Ask your kids what being a great parent looks like to them.  Listen and discuss their feedback. Be present in every moment.  You don’t need more time.  You need to make your time count! Purposefully care for your mind, body, and spirit.  An empty tank does not serve anyone. Make time to do things that you enjoy (e.g., exercise, church) Also consider activities that are relaxing or fun (e.g., spa, movies) Stay focused on the WHY in your career.  This fuels the commitment to your purpose each day. Life is like a pie.  Draw your pie pieces and label them.  Set goals for each and track progress. Listen to your body.  It will tell you what it needs!  Give yourself permission to adjust.
