Eric Bodhorn joins Ben Rice and I to breakdown training leading into my recent competition and recap. (Typically Eric writes my training but I handled it this time around leading into this comp.) All in all a fantastic meet especially with only 2 months prep after Raw Nationals. I get roasted over bench press. We discuss - No taper (Minimal Taper) + Singles only deadlift training. Bench Press training went very well, but fell short with plenty of factors - essentially just very inefficient setup on gameday via off handoffs and slippery bench. (Chance) 516 Wilks 820kg//1,808lbs @ 92.5//203 American Record Deadlift aspirations? Hmmm
