Joseph Mortera has spent the last 10 years working to increase Mexico's standing on the world stage as a cocktail destination, but is happy to drink a straight mezcal if that's what's on offer. He has a degree in Philosophy, he was the Mexican and then Central American Brand Ambassador for Hendrick's Gin, he now owns the much talked about Cafe Ocampo and has started working with The Lost Explorer Mezcal.
