The Texas Supreme Court has become a de facto special interest group serving both mega corporations and the rich and powerful. Along the way, ordinary Texans are hurt and left out in the cold. Such brazenness is now in the open as the court has no fear from the populace due to the unlimited amounts of money corporate America will spend to keep the current justices on the bench.
