Jennifer Paone and her personal trainer Derek Gardner will be joining the show to talk about Jennifer's fitness, where she started how she got to where she is and what her future goals are. I actually know Jennifer from a previous job and always found her pleasant and friendly. It will be interesting to learn about the discipline that she had to put into play.   We'll listen to her trainer Derek talk about the strategies necessary for success. Should be a fun show

Change happens, just like many things in our lives.  This week we will be interviewing poet Terrence Brisbon.  I am being introduced to him via an old friend Dr. Ray Riley DDS who was on the show speaking about dental and oral care. Terrence has a  book of poems called The Online Love Experience Vol 1 now I am going to say that I am poetically challeneged, but I have read many a poem, often most history has been relayed via a poem.  So please tune in and check out some of Terrence's poems I will have a few myself regarding attitude and life. After all the show's title The Art of Changing Yourself is based on a title.

A friend of mine always says that healthy women cultivate healthy families.  I believe it and as we are about to head into a new school year some of the changes I hope to see is better nutrition for the kids at home, and in the schools.  Better snacking choices made by the kids.    Looking to have Nicole Kemp of All About Nutrition LLC join us this evening she will be on at 815 pm.  Also on the show at 715 will be Mr. Fred Whiten of Mentoring Works.  He is a great guy who believes strongly about Mentoring and how it can help our youth.  A must listen to show my friends.    Would love your thoughts and feedback.
