As more and more women share their accounts of sexual harassment and abuse exposing many big names in Bollywood, on The Big Fight, we debate - is this Bollywood's watershed moment? With organisations like the Cine And TV Artistes Association investigating complaints and Producers Guild setting up a special committee to help #MeToo survivors, a change is surely visible but will it have far-reaching implications for workplaces and gender-sensitivity across the country? Is it enough to jolt society out of a place of power and entitlement, to provide women what they deserve or is it just lip service that the industry is offering to weather the storm?
