Sure in any democratic system one is free to do as one please as long as what one does, does not affect others. The second part of that sentence is what makes democracy work. The damn patriots in the Republican Party seem to think nobody else's right matters; to them, that's what patriotism is all about. As of this writing, approximately both Republican constituents and GOP leaders continue to act in ways that support their actions of January 6, 2021. Is it really what patriotism is all about?
