In the second of two programs this week, a special edition of The Forum on Sunday will introduce you to the two Republican candidates who are on the ballot for the spring primary for the important post of Oregon Secretary of State. We’ll hear in that program from Dave Stauffer (STOW-fur) and from Kim Thatcher.
