This is the second (and hopefully not last) installment of the Dumb Gay Politics: Icon Series. Some guests are just so iconic that they require a whole episode dedicated to them, and Miyoko Schinner is one such guest. She is the founder and owner of Miyoko’s Creamery, a plant-based cheese & butter company that is helping traditional dairy farmers transition their farms from raising cows to growing crops needed for her vegan cheeses. Julie and Brandy were truly honored and humbled to interview someone who is not only a titan of the plant-based food industry, but an environmental activist, as well.
