FEAR OF LOSING WEIGHT?!?! Is that even a thing?  Well, I’m about to reveal the most common reasons why losing weight may be scary and how these fears may be holding you back from seeing the results you’re after.  I know, it sounds crazy but hear me out. We all have fears, don’t we? Well, what if I told you that your own fears may be exactly what is holding you back from seeing the results you’re wanting? It seems a LOT of my clients have been self sabotaging their progress for YEARS!!
