On today's episode we have Kyle Sims. Kyle is one of the Founders and the Dallas Managing Partner at 49 Financial, a financial management group that strives to serve people by taking a holistic approach when looking at their financial situation. Kyle is a Harvard University alum and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. He and his bride, Julie, have 5 beautiful children. When we talked to Kyle before the interview, we asked him what gets him fired up about leadership and he said, "getting to do what I love with a team of people I love." Kyle teaches us about what it looks like to lead a team, but he also teaches us how these principles apply to leading a family.
