Continuing their conversation, Michael Stoler and guests chefs and restaurateurs David Burke and Michael Lomonaco and restaurateur Drew Nieporent discuss the decimating effect of the pandemic on catering,both in-house and at hotels and the Paycheck Protection Program and various grassroots, not-for-profit fundraising efforts in support of industry employees. All agreed they had "no clue" how many and in what form the restaurant business will return.
