Behavioral Scientist Kristen Berman joins Chris to discuss what research shows about why people act so irrationally, how we can actually change our own behaviors, why she thinks habits are overrated, and some great hacks for increasing happiness. Kristen Berman (@bermster) co-founded Irrational Labs  and Common Cents Lab at Duke University, and is a founding team member of Google’s behavioral science unit.
