Additionally, the episode will explore how frequent callers put pressure on resource management, the measures that have been put into place and how effective these are, as well as the learning student paramedics can take forward to best assess and manage these patients. This episode will be presented by Marc Perez Escamilla and Rebecca Raphael, a 3rd year paramedic student at ARU will be the guest speaker.
