We are conducting a feedback study on this podcast series and would appreciate if you complete the following survey: https://angliaruskin.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/episode2regularcallers This episode will aim to explore what the ambulance services are experiencing in terms of frequent callers, how it causes resources to be stretched, what measures have been put in place and how effective these are when it comes to dealing with this issue. Additionally, the episode will explore how frequent callers put pressure on resource management, the measures that have been put into place and how effective these are, as well as the learning student paramedics can take forward to best assess and manage these patients. This episode will be presented by Marc Perez Escamilla and Rebecca Raphael, a 3rd year paramedic student at ARU will be the guest speaker.
