Today we introduce our 2021 Quarter 2 of Soul Purpose Leadership! Our first quarter was focused on WELLNESS, and this quarter is all about LEADERSHIP - more specifically, bringing you cutting-edge, counter-intuitive tools designed to catapult you to the next level! To kick off our leadership series, we’re bringing on speaker + author Blaine Bartlett. Blaine coaches and consults worldwide with leaders, executives, companies, and governments. He was recently featured in the TV series World’s Greatest Motivators, and was formally invested as a Knight of the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem Knights of Malta, the world’s oldest humanitarian organization! Today we discuss leadership components ranging from western culture “pedestals” and “hero-leaders”, to Blaine’s breaking moment and the importance of a leadership WHY. Do you know your WHY? But let’s back up a little - before we start really diving into leadership, success, and everything in between this quarter, it’s important that we identify what these terms really even mean. “Leadership is about co-creating coordinated movement,” says Blaine; and “Success is, in large part, predicated on me having the capacity to continually start over.” We break this down much more on-air, so tune in if these definitions got you thinking.
