Leonard Augenlicht, Ph.D., explains his research into how diet impacts the colon and the development of the disease. Dr. Augenlicht is director of Einstein's Biology of Colon Cancer Program and a professor of medicine and of cell biology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
