We Are No Alamo The Mental Health Podcast (WANA) is dedicated to spreading the word about the importance of mental health awareness and suicide prevention. We believe the only way to shape the future and decrease negative stigma is by having real conversations with people about mental illness (MI) and mental health. We seek to build a community of acceptance, connection, compassion, and hope. Each week this podcast provides a stigma free zone for people to open up and share their stories with others.
