Irnise is an experienced nurse and health law attorney that works with healthcare providers who want to protect their license, decrease liability and mitigate risks. After working in the operating room and the pre-op/PACU years ago, Irnise decided that she could do more for nurses, patients, and the healthcare system by working to change healthcare as a legal advocate and social justice change agent. As a graduate of Howard University and the Howard University School of Law, her practice is deeply rooted in social justice, and she serves as an architect of social change for both the clinicians and patients in the community.
