Longer routes will take you through the beautiful and scenic countryside of Glen Raven, Adams (home of the Bell Witch) and Russellville, KY, while pedaling from 30 miles through 100 miles! With breakfast, lunch, rest stops and plenty of SAG support, the Tour is an event for both recreational and avid cyclists alike.Your efforts will make a difference to the more than 23.6 million Americans who suffer from diabetes and over 57 million people with pre-diabetes.
