CIE4821. Master course fundamental traffic flow characteristics and traffic flow variables. The Dutch traffic (history and transport) policy will be discussed in this lecture. Different evaluation types and levels will be discussed, as well as how to monitor data and trends. This lecture also explains how to perform an evaluation or simulation study.
